Kameizumi Junmai Ginjo is a sake brand recommended for me as a result of “Check My Sense of Tasting Sake. “Yummy Sake”“. Indeed, I liked the aroma and taste of this brand which I can express like an apple or a pear. Web site of this brewery explains that is like white wine.
This brewery has its web site not only in English, but also in French and Chinese. I only could check English site, but not like many other brands, this English site has full translation of its Japanese version. Please check the following for the web link to their page.

How Does It Taste?
Flesh flavor like a pear splashes when opening the bottle and a little but firm smell of rice follows. Its taste is a combination of well balanced sweetness and sourness like apples, or white wine. The rice-like mild aftertaste remains for a few seconds.
I had this sake with one of my favorite Japanese food “Okonomi Yaki”. Usually I don’t drink sake with this cuisine because it has strong taste coming from sauce and mayonnaise. However, this nihonshu had strong fresh taste which can stand with okonomi taste.
